Shree Krishna Healthcare — Clinic Management Platform

A multi-specialty clinic ran appointments, billing and medical records across paper, phone calls and disconnected tools. Patients could not book or retrieve a report without calling, and staff had no shared view of who was booked, who had paid, or which report had gone out.

Built one platform covering every role instead of bolting on a booking widget. Public booking authenticates by OTP, so patients need no account to book but get a self-service portal if they want one; staff work through role-based dashboards for admin, receptionist, report uploader and patient. Modelled 24+ MongoDB collections behind an Express REST API with JWT auth, RBAC, Joi validation, Helmet, rate limiting and Winston logging, tested with Jest and Supertest. The revenue path is guarded end to end: appointment status transitions are validated and audited, and billing runs through Razorpay with cancellations, refunds and emailed PDF invoices. Reports are generated from templates into structured S3 storage and handed out as pre-signed URLs, with Socket.IO notifications and transactional email. A React Native (Expo) app reuses the same API for the field sales team.

The clinic runs booking, payments, records and reporting on one system, and patients self-serve for booking and report download. Designed, built and shipped alone, from the data model to the mobile app.
