The problem
Fuel delivery serves two very different customers from one operation. Businesses need credit, statements and fleet-scale ordering; retail customers need a simple app and proof the fuel arrived. Both need to know where the bowser actually is.
The approach
Built one platform with two front doors — mobile apps and a customer website over shared services, plus role-based admin dashboards for operations. Implemented a credit system with interest on outstanding orders for B2B accounts, a multi-vendor model so fulfilment could scale beyond a single supplier, live bowser tracking shared between customer and dispatcher, and OTP verification at handover so delivery is provable. Led the team across the sprints that delivered it.
The outcome
A single ecosystem covering B2B and B2C from order to signed-for delivery. Across the platform work, translating business requirements into production features drove a 35% increase in user engagement and a 50% improvement in business KPIs.
